1. Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.99
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days. Tracking information provided upon dispatch.
2. Next Day Delivery - £6.99
Orders must be placed before 2 PM for next day delivery. Tracking information provided upon dispatch.
International Shipping - £15.00
We use Royal Mail International Shipping for our international order. Tracking information provided upon dispatch.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak holiday seasons.
Damages and Lost Packages
- PreciosoVDiamonté is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
